Speech Pathologist Role

We seek highly skilled graduates to join our growing teams and footprints as part of a small boutique graduate program, ensuring individualized support and high-quality services. As an Early Career Speech Pathologist, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering mobile and centre-based services to adult clients, receiving training and guidance to develop your skills in delivering client-centred care, promoting independence, and enhancing the quality of life for individuals with a disability, illness, or health condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • The assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Speech Therapy interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework, in line with the Royal Rehab LifeWorks mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registered
  • Tertiary level qualifications in desired discipline
  • Strong verbal communication skills including problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about making a positive difference
