We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at Royal Rehab LifeWorks. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of Speech Therapy interventions within a client-focused and goal-centred framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve client goals
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and professional development

Essential Criteria:

  • AHPRA registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting
  • Knowledge of best practice in Speech Pathology
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
