About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Primary Therapist - Speech Pathology to join our multidisciplinary team in Cairns, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced speech pathologist to work with a diverse range of clients, both children and adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide reporting on client progress.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide ongoing therapy sessions, including home-based evaluations and group therapy programs as required.
  • Educate patients and families about communication disorders and strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop genuine relationships with clients and team members.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • A current, unrestricted driver's license and access to reliable private transport.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
