Job Title: Resident Support Officer

We are currently recruiting for individuals to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for students residing in our Student Accommodation sector.

The successful candidate will be able to engage with residents in a positive and friendly manner, providing general night manager/concierge duties, incident management and reporting, as well as ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with residents in a positive and friendly manner
  • Provide general night manager/concierge duties
  • Manage incidents and report them accordingly
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A current Security License or willingness to obtain
  • A current First Aid Certificate/CPR
  • Mental Health First Aid desirable but not essential
  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Good risk management and sound decision-making skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and computer knowledge including report writing skills
  • Health and wellbeing qualifications would be advantageous, but not essential
  • A current National Police Check
