As a dedicated Nursing Care Manager, you will lead our team in Hobart, Tasmania.
About The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team providing exceptional care to residents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in strategic planning to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensuring the effective management and ongoing accreditation of our quality management system.
- Coordinating resident care initiatives and human resource management.
- Overseeing resident admissions and marketing strategies.
- Managing accurate and timely ACFI documentation.
- Ensuring residents' rights and responsibilities are upheld.
To succeed, you will require:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in aged care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in staff management, including recruitment, performance management, and rostering.
- Familiarity with various systems and proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with external service providers and stakeholders.
