  • Strategic Business Planning and Management:
    • Develops capacity strategies for the Western Australia Branch.
    • Collaborates with team to create service line strategic plans annually.
    • Aligns objectives to Oceania and CHR's goals.
    • Builds internal relationships to ensure collaboration, capacity alignment, consistency, quality, issue resolution, process improvements and to maximize efficiencies.
    • Stays informed about industry trends and market drivers.
  • Financial Management:
    • Ensures accurate pricing inputs for all products.
    • Manages expense budgets including people-related costs, travel expenses and general administrative expenses.
    • Reviews financial reports and analytics to monitor performance metrics, identify budget impacting metrics and adjust business processes accordingly.
  • Business Growth and Development:
    • Identifies opportunities to grow the business through customer engagement.
    • Partners with legal to oversee contract management.
    • Supports sales growth through sales pipeline reviews.
    • Accountable for implementing carrier relationship strategies.
  • Talent Management and General Management:
    • Manages the performance and development of direct and indirect reports through coaching and feedback.
    • Assesses and manages talent to align roles and resources appropriately.
    • Reviews employee engagement measures and implements action plans.
    • Oversees compliance practices, risk management and workplace conduct within the office/capacity center.
    • Leads change management and participates in various industry activities to enhance the company brand.
