Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our branch team as an Operations Assistant. This role plays a vital part in supporting our trade customers, helping them get the materials they need to work effectively every day.

In this position, you will be responsible for loading and accurately tracking delivery runs locally. You will also maintain a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles, handling over the counter retail trade sales, customer quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Loading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles
  • Providing excellent customer service, handling customer queries and complaints efficiently
  • Picking orders, warehousing, and stock control activities
  • Embracing company values, policies, and procedures
Requirements:

  • A clean full driver's license and basic computer skills
