Branch Team Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Team Leader to provide professional services to our customers in WA. As a key part of our team, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and ensure service, sales and hire activities are coordinated efficiently.
About the Role:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Manage customer sales, service and hire enquiries effectively.
- Coordinate service jobs for technicians and parts allocation.
- Organize transport for equipment deliveries and collections.
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Conduct local branch administration including invoicing, time sheets and WIP management.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience working within a similar industry or business.
- Previous experience within an administration or coordination position.
- Knowledge of basic financial administration including invoicing, time sheets etc.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and complete work within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong MS Suite skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and often without direct supervision.
