Responsibilities

  1. Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and team development
  2. Manage store and workshop performance – drive results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  3. Build a positive team culture and provide ongoing coaching
  4. Oversee stock processes, compliance, and special order requests
  5. Analyse monthly Profit & Loss statements and take ownership of financial performance
  6. Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership background in a retail or service environment
  • Comfortable working with budgets and financial data
  • Ability to build trust and lead by example
  • Organised and detail-focused with strong follow-through
  • Passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive store experiences
  • Williness to learn technical areas – full training provided
  • Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
