Job Overview

We are seeking a leader to head our service branch, overseeing strategic planning, financial excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

About This Role

The Branch Supervisor will provide business leadership, achieving planned objectives with strong support from national Service Leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and deploy strategies for sustainable growth in tandem with corporation objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Excellence: Lead the team to achieve operations and profit excellence.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Leverage customer feedback and relationships to align project delivery with their needs and satisfaction levels.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance to business processes for effective and productive operations.
  • Delivery sales and planning: Strategise and lead Delivery/Systems sales to meet company growth targets.
  • Resource Planning: Plan and ensure adequate resources to enable the branch to meet planned objectives.

Requirements
  • 8+ years' experience in HVAC or BMS environments.
  • Related Technical qualification - Trade Qualifications in HVAC, building Automation.
  • Previous experience as a Service or Operations Manager would be preferred but we are open to candidates wanting to step into this role.
  • Focused, collaborative, and passionate about project execution in complex environments.
  • Strong leadership/supervisory skills with ability to influence team collaboration focused on outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial contractual competence with proven capability to mitigate and manage conflict to resolution.
