Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager, Animal Health, Central. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the animal health industry and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize sales revenue in the Central Territory by developing and executing effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the animal health market and our products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
  • Provide technical and product training to customers and internal stakeholders to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively use our products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and develop and implement strategies to address any challenges or issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, veterinarians, and other influencers in the animal health industry to stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to ensure our business remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the animal health industry, with a strong track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the animal health market and our products, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to address any challenges or issues.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines, and to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
