The Supply team is responsible for making hosting appealing, rewarding, and easy. We are building capabilities to recruit and retain hosts at a global scale, ensuring a strong market presence in assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and manage relationships with partners within assigned territories.
- Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Analyze data to identify strategic opportunities and drive sales growth in your region.
- Prospect and onboard new supply in your assigned geography.
- Maintain a baseline understanding of technical integrations to provide support to clients.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences in your market.
- Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
- Develop a deep knowledge of your assigned geographic markets and become the go-to source for information on local trends and market dynamics.
- Respond to and deliver exceptional service to professional hosts in a timely manner, occasionally traveling to provide in-person support.
