We are seeking a results-driven professional to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development. As Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams.

  • Proactively build and expand client relationships through exceptional service delivery and strategic planning.
  • Identify, close, and onboard new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct site visits to accurately quote new opportunities and provide valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including cleaning teams, clients, and internal partners.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of business development and account management experience.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
