Key Responsibilities:- Handle all sale enquiries on our life products and promote relevant policy options to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to their concerns and providing tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and consistent follow-up with customers.
- Previous sales experience within a contact centre is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills over the phone are essential.
- A strong drive and motivation to succeed, coupled with resilience and good problem-solving skills, are necessary to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team to achieve sales and performance targets, while maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
