Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Health Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized support to international visitors, visa holders, and new migrants, ensuring they receive accurate and compliant advice on Overseas Health Cover (OVHC). You will be responsible for handling policy updates, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals from diverse backgrounds. A strong understanding of Australian visas and related health cover requirements is essential, as well as experience in customer service and contact centre environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in health insurance or a regulated industry
  • Familiarity with Australian visas and related health cover requirements
  • Experience in customer service and contact centre environments
  • Strong verbal and phone communication skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales and member-focused KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with individuals
  • Comfortable navigating different systems with strong data entry accuracy
  • Multilingual capability is highly desirable
  • Active listening skills to determine member needs
