About the Role

A key part of our Sales operations is the Customer Success Representative role, which plays a crucial part in our growth within the Personal and Auto loans industry. You will work alongside a high-performing team to deliver sales growth each month. With exciting plans ahead, we're looking for a motivated individual to join us in Adelaide and contribute to our success.

You will help customers realise their dreams with Plenti by providing a fast and fair loan experience in a multi-channel environment. You'll be taking inbound/outbound calls and replying to customer email enquiries to direct them through getting their new loan. You will provide customers with a personalised journey in securing a new loan with us.

Requirements
  • Display a "hunger" to prove what you're capable of and be rewarded for it
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships quickly and effectively
  • Be a collegiate member of the team, helping out where possible and supporting your teammates
