About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Learning and Development Partner to join our People and Culture team. This key role will play a pivotal part in developing and delivering learning initiatives across the organisation, driving growth and success.

Job Summary

The Strategic Learning and Development Partner will work closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop tailored solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness. This will involve:

  • Conducting training needs assessments to inform development strategies.
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for employees.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and facilitation is essential, as is your experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
