About the Opportunity

This exciting role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and collaboration to create impactful learning experiences for employees at all levels. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior executives to align development initiatives with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality L&D programs that meet our organizational needs.
  • Implement frameworks and systems to support learning and development initiatives.
  • Partner with our global L&D team to develop and implement induction and training schedules.
  • Oversee onboarding and training calendar management, ensuring seamless employee transitions.
  • Develop engaging learning programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Leverage innovative technologies to enhance learning experiences and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Monitor and report on L&D metrics, identifying areas for improvement and best practices across regions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in L&D roles, with expertise in e-learning program creation and facilitation.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others.
  • Tertiary qualification or relevant certification (CERT IV Workplace Assessment and Training advantageous).
  • Experience working in regulated environments and exposure to global L&D practices.
About You
