Strategic Learning and Development Specialist

Role OverviewYou will work closely with key stakeholders and the HR team to design and implement engaging learning and development (L&D) programs, building a strong learning culture to drive engagement and the achievement of organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, consulting to deliver impactful learning solutions;
- Learning Landscape Analysis: Understand the organisation's current learning landscape, effectively identifying opportunities and strengths to build a learning road map, aligned with organisational strategy;
- Learning Activity Design: Design, develop and facilitate engaging and practical learning activities to build both soft and technical skills. Key priorities include leadership development, onboarding, compliance, individual development plans and career pathways;
- Value-Add Improvement Projects: Lead value-add improvement projects utilising your industry expertise, driving both strategic and tactical activities.

Additionally, you will bring:
- Proven success in delivering impactful, end-to-end L&D solutions, ideally within an industrialised environment;
- Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong customer focus, allowing you to build trust and add value across diverse workforces;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to present conclusive recommendations and measure success;
- Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking initiative and ownership for your body of work whilst also contributing to a team environment.
Around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
