Sales Growth and Client Service

As an Account Manager at TMGM, your primary focus will be driving sales for our products and services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across all communication channels, ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and professional responses to inquiries and effective issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Promotion and Sales Growth: Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services, identifying and generating client pipelines independently using strong sales skills.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation: Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets, expand knowledge about markets, FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products, strive to achieve team and individual metrics contributing to overall success.

Requirements

We seek highly motivated individuals to kick-start or advance their careers in the Forex industry. Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry is required, preferably in customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields.
