About the RoleWe seek an experienced and passionate Malay/Indonesian/Filipino-speaking sales and account manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to a long-term financial career in this industry and eager to learn and grow with us.
Your Impact and ContributionAs a Sales and Account Manager at TMGM, your primary focus will be driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client service across all communication channels.
- You will assist in promoting and selling TMGM's products and services, identifying and generating client pipelines, and building relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Your role will also involve delivering high-quality customer service, responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
To succeed in this role, you will need to work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets, expand your knowledge of the markets, FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products, and strive to achieve team and individual metrics contributing to overall success.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the Forex industry, preferably in customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields.
A strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive problem-solving mindset, and excellent overall communication abilities are essential for this role.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
