Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional quality food and service.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of food safety and quality, and that our kitchen meets all relevant health and safety regulations.

Inventory Management

Manage our kitchen inventory, ensuring that we have the right stock levels and that we are minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Cost Control

Work with our finance team to manage our kitchen costs, ensuring that we are meeting our budget targets and that we are minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Requirements
  • Experience

At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or equivalent.

Skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our kitchen team.

Knowledge

Strong knowledge of food safety and quality, inventory management, and cost control.
