Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Implementation Lead to drive the adoption of standard clinical terminologies across Australia's healthcare system.

This role supports national efforts to implement SNOMED CT and AMT as part of the interoperability plan. You will lead the development and execution of the NCTS Adoption and Engagement strategy, provide high-quality implementation support, and manage relationships with stakeholders.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic implementation plans, providing support, education, and training to users, and collaborating with internal teams to identify emerging implementation needs.

Your Expertise

We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Strong knowledge of clinical terminology standards and experience in implementing them is essential.

Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, creating user-facing documentation, and leading outreach initiatives is highly desirable.

A degree in a relevant field and strong IT skills are also required.
