Job Summary:This role involves performing and coordinating various aspects of the clinical monitoring and site management process. This includes conducting remote or on-site visits to assess protocol and regulatory compliance and managing required documentation.
Monitors investigator sites using a risk-based approach, identifying site processes failure and implementing corrective actions to bring the site into compliance and decrease risks.
Evaluates investigational product through physical inventory and records review, documenting observations in reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards.
Escalates observed deficiencies and issues to clinical management promptly and follows up to ensure resolution. May need to maintain regular contact with investigative sites to verify compliance and data recording.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a life science related field or registered nursing certification and relevant experience in clinical trials, medical terminology, medical research, clinical research, or health care.
