NCTS Implementation and Engagement Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and engagement of the National Clinical Terminology Service (NCTS) across the healthcare ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data standards and clinical terminology implementations in Australia, with experience in stakeholder management and planning.

  • Develop and deliver strategic implementation and engagement plans for NCTS.
  • Provide high-quality support, education, and training to NCTS users, including proactive engagement and resolution of complex queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and address emerging implementation needs.
  • Analyze support trends to inform improvements in outreach, adoption, and education activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in the medical and/or digital healthcare domain.
  • Strong understanding of data standards and clinical terminology implementations in Australia.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including consultation and facilitation of user groups.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
