Job Title: Technical Implementation Specialist

Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Consultant to lead technical implementation and ongoing support of study support services with university and education partners globally. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on the technical implementation of our services within their Learning Management Systems (LMS), acting as an escalation point for technical queries, and meeting with IT staff to scope and optimize implementations.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to translate technical terminology for non-technical contacts, and possess a quick learning ability, business acumen, and comfort with large datasets (SQL, Excel). They will also have experience in an Implementation Specialist/BA capacity, experience with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, JIRA), knowledge of Agile processes, and an understanding of LMS platforms and SSO environments.

Responsibilities
  • Client consulting and support: Advising clients on technical implementation of our services within their LMS, acting as an escalation point for technical queries, and meeting with IT staff to scope and optimize implementations.
  • Project delivery and maintenance: Reporting on project progress and managing to agreed timeframes, conducting regular audits of partner integrations.
  • Internal relationships: Informing internal stakeholders about platform developments and changes, educating the Partnership Services team on product updates, and assisting with Salesforce and other SaaS platforms.
Requirements
  • Experience: A degree in IT, project management or related field (preferred), experience in an Implementation Specialist/BA capacity, experience with SaaS platforms (Salesforce, JIRA), knowledge of Agile processes (a plus), and an understanding of LMS platforms and SSO environments.
  • Skills: Highly developed communication skills, a quick learner, business acumen, and comfort with large datasets (SQL, Excel).
