Customer Success Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer success initiatives and drive exceptional customer outcomes. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, product adoption, and growth strategies that maximize customer value and investment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewal Management: Collaborate with Account Executives to achieve 95% retention or above per quarter and annum.
  • Customer Success Planning: Develop and implement tailored plans to drive product adoption, growth, and engagement across the customer base.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts to identify churn risks, downgrade risks, and upsell opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Track Record: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Territory and Account Planning: Experience in territory and account planning, including executing plans to drive customer engagement and retention.
