About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Practice and Outcomes Leader to join our dynamic team.

  • Guide teams in implementing person-centred practices and ensuring compliance with industry benchmarks.
  • Analyse data to assess client outcomes and identify improvement areas.
  • Create and deliver training programs, offering coaching and mentoring to elevate service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports.
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure adherence to NDIS standards.
About You

You are a compassionate and resilient leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring extensive knowledge of the disability sector, particularly NDIS Practice Standards and quality frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in client management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
