We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive national accreditation success and lead transformative projects across the organization.
This is an exciting opportunity for a key member of our Clinical Governance and Patient Experience Unit to shape the future of patient care through leadership and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the transition to district-wide accreditation assessment
- Project manage key safety and quality initiatives aligned with organizational priorities
- Provide strategic advice that influences the direction of accreditation, quality improvement, or safety initiatives
- Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and/or extensive experience in a healthcare environment
- Able to describe a time when provided strategic advice that influenced the direction of an accreditation, quality improvement, or safety initiative
- Involved in a recent NSQHS accreditation survey, able to walk through involvement and impact
