Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager Job Summary

This is a key leadership role that drives quality excellence across the organization.

The Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for executing customer-facing quality activities, identifying and addressing quality issues through robust problem-solving initiatives. This includes running root cause analysis and defining short, medium, and long-term strategic actions to improve quality in the entire value chain.

The ideal candidate will have experience with global quality processes, quality certification activities, and internal or external audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement strategic actions to improve quality in the value chain.
  • Manage global quality processes and ensure compliance with required quality management systems.
  • Driver quality-related certification activities and internal or external audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above qualification.
  • Experience with quality core tools such as 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
