The Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Compliance role presents a unique chance to be part of an innovative team that's revolutionizing medicine through mRNA technology with a diverse pipeline of development programs across various diseases.
This position is responsible for managing compliance documentation, reviewing standard operating procedures, revising training modules, supporting warehouse specialists, handling documentation for sample movements, managing deviations within the warehouse, overseeing good manufacturing practices requirements, conducting export control for outbound shipments abroad, and monitoring alarms.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging digital tools, supporting supply chain continuous improvement efforts, and performing additional duties as assigned to support global health initiatives.
Required skills and experience include a university degree in biology or equivalent, 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing including audit management, SOP revisions, and working with SAP in a pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environment, and proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
