The role of a supply chain operations trainer involves empowering students with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their trade careers. At the Australian Trade Training College, we strive to deliver high-quality training programs that cater to the needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and assessment up to Certificate III qualification level in supply chain operations both on and off site.
  • Develop effective working relationships with trainees and employers, mentoring and training in the workplace.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of RTO programs.
  • Monitor trainee training plans and ensure timely progression of our students through the traineeship.
  • Independently plan worksite visits and onsite training with trainees.
  • Maintain a high level of compliance.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience and trade qualifications.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and support students throughout their learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Reasonable level of computer skills.
