
Supply Chain Compliance Manager

The role requires strong knowledge of Community Service Obligation (CSO), the Code of Good Wholesaling Practice, and state-based regulations to ensure compliance across the supply chain network.
This position involves:
- Supporting DC/FC teams in adhering to regulatory requirements, including CSO and the Code of Good Wholesaling Practice for Medicines.
- Completing CSO audit preparation activities, capturing all required documentation for pre-audit or post-audit submission to the CSO Agency.
- Maintaining relationships with the National Ethicals Team, the CSO Agency, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Managing the DC ranging process to ensure compliance with CSO requirements and prevent disruptions to customer service.
- Monitoring Cold Chain Compliance across the Supply Chain Network.
- Monitoring Expiry stock projections and reporting to relevant teams.
- Preparing, planning, and coordinating internal and external audits. Providing audit support and serving as the point of contact for auditors and distribution teams.
Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG Supply Chain, preferably in a pharmaceutical or retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analytics, MS Word, Excel, SAP, and Manhattan (WMS).
- Experience in Warehousing, logistics/SUPPLY CHAIN with familiarity with industry-specific regulations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements relative to the pharmaceutical industry and product ranging processes.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and mitigate issues negatively impacting service, safety, culture, or cost.
- Availability for interstate travel at short notice to support Audits or other Continuous Improvement activities.
- Tertiary degree qualification in Logistics/SUPPLY CHAIN/Business/Commercial disciplines preferred.
