This role offers an exciting opportunity for supply chain professionals who are passionate about quality, service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain business objectives for assurance of supply, quality, service, and compliance with purchasing policies and processes.
  • Evaluate and process purchase requests, quotations, and orders using approved vendors.
  • Manage the rotable asset cycle including NCRs, repairs, and replenishment to meet operational demand.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping within the MFAIS system.
  • Review and authorize order/invoice discrepancies and facilitate timely supplier payments.
  • Monitor and expedite purchase orders to satisfy demand including daily review of inventory and outstanding orders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers fleet engineers operations and stores throughout the purchase-to-payment process.
  • Maintain accurate master data update lead times min/max levels safety stock delivery dates and vendor information.
  • Proactively share information solve supply problems effectively and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
About You
  • Purchasing or supply chain experience ideally in rail or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing processes forecasting and replenishment principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience adhering to policies and procedures in a high-compliance environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving organizational and record-keeping abilities.
