About this role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving efficiency and productivity within the organisation.

The Industrial Engineer will focus on optimising production processes to achieve targets set in production/processing roles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing production plans to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow, and cost reduction
  • Developing solutions to operational issues to reach desired cost reduction and quality improvements
  • Collaborating with business analysts to improve operations
  • Developing work measurements to optimise operations
  • Conducting analysis for new products and projects
  • Participating in initial phases of new production lines to assist in design for efficient manufacturing
  • Assisting with project management
  • Working with teams to identify production bottlenecks
  • Leading continuous improvements and operational excellence initiatives
  • Reducing waste, rework, and cycle times
