  • Identify and resolve process, material, or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Design, assemble, procure, or modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment for efficient production methods.
  • Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing and testing equipment.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues at various organizational levels.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in engineering technology or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SolidWorks, and Altium.
  • Knowledge of electronics industry standards is beneficial.
