Role Overview

The OTR Store Manager and Assistant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and a safe working environment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and team members through exceptional communication skills and leadership.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance Guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure accurate stock management, reporting, and compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive work culture that fosters teamwork, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset, focusing on delivering outstanding service and ensuring every Guest leaves satisfied.


Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a retail/hospitality setting, with a track record of driving results and developing high-performing teams.
  • A passion for innovation, customer obsession, and collaboration, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, with a genuine interest in developing people and improving performance.
  • A commitment to continuous learning, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
