The Role of Senior Store Manager

This leadership opportunity will appeal to experienced retail managers who thrive in fast-paced environments. As a Senior Store Manager at WHSmith, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and promoting a 'customer first' culture.
  • Identifying recruitment and training needs within your team.
  • Rostering staff to maximise business opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulations.

About You
