Job Title: Store Manager

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the team at our Bondi Concept Store, driving sales targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating an engaging experience with every interaction
  • Apply commercial acumen to elevate store performance and meet sales targets
  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve success in a high-performance culture
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams in a fast-paced retail environment
  • An open and supportive leadership style, with the ability to motivate, empower, and inspire a team
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with the ability to drive sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail, with a talent for visual merchandising and creativity
  • Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management
