Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Product team, you will play a vital role in providing financial and commercial support for our ANZ business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Product leaders to drive P&L management and strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the monthly close and forecasting process for revenue and related costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze revenue performance and its financial impact, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function, leveraging your expertise to optimize systems and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner, with a proven track record of supporting P&L management.
  • Advanced financial analysis and reporting skills, with expertise in tools like Excel.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, particularly regarding forecasting and month-end close.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in financial systems like Oracle or Tableau.
  • Basic understanding of revenue recognition principles, with a keen interest in commercial business drivers.
