Job Title: Strategic Financial Professional

This role is pivotal in driving financial acumen, ensuring reporting precision, and facilitating informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the integrity of internal controls and accuracy of financial reporting systems.
  • Manage multiple financial ledgers and oversee end-of-month, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Support the finance team with reporting activities.
  • Manage cash flow and payment authorizations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and cost base management to support relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including capex, deferred tax calculations, and tax compliance matters.
  • Lead all audit and tax compliance activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business projects and planning.
About You:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance - Professional Accounting certifications are preferred.
  • Significant experience working with ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Proven track record in accurate and timely financial reporting within a complex environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation will be highly regarded.
  • A consultative and collaborative approach to leadership.
  • Strong ability to build key relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
