Financial Strategist Role

This is a pivotal position that drives the financial performance and strategic direction of our organization.

  • As a key financial adviser, you will deliver accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis and corporate reporting to support decision-making across the organization.
  • You will ensure the integrity of our financial data, support compliance with global accounting standards, and contribute to effective resource allocation that aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Responsibilities include detailed budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights, empowering the business to optimize operations, manage risks, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
  • You will be instrumental in ensuring the effective utilization of financial data throughout the organization, enabling decisions that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and overall business success.

  • Prepare consolidated financial reports at a corporate level, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities across business units.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial gases, or similar industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with multinational and matrix organizations is desirable.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, pivot tables, data analysis) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, IBM Analytics).
