Job Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the maintenance department, providing ongoing guidance, support, and training to team members.
  • Respond promptly to requests from other departments, generating solutions and work orders.
  • Manage costs, ensuring adequate resources are available for labour, equipment, and maintenance.
  • Develop, implement, and execute a weekly maintenance plan.
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver timely project outcomes, including estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision, commissioning, and training.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset by involving personnel in ongoing identification, development, and implementation of improvements.
  • Review and approve work requests and ad hoc maintenance requirements.
  • Diagnose and evaluate equipment issues.
