Job Title: Maintenance Operations Lead

Job Description:

This role is centered around supervising a team of reliability technicians, focusing on providing maintenance expertise and leadership. The primary objective is to optimize reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency, and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the reliability department by providing continuous guidance, support, and training.
  2. Respond efficiently to engineering and information requests from external departments to generate solutions and work orders.
  3. Control labor, equipment, and maintenance costs while ensuring the availability of adequate change parts and consumables.
  4. Develop, implement, and execute the weekly maintenance plan.
  5. Work in partnership with other departments to provide timely project outcomes, including estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision, commissioning, and training.
  6. Develop a continuous improvement culture by involving relevant personnel in the ongoing identification, development, and implementation of improvements.
  7. Review and approve associate work requests and other ad-hoc maintenance requirements.
  8. Ability to diagnose and evaluate equipment issues.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree preferred but not essential.
  • TPM experience preferred but not essential.
  • Mechanical/Electrical certification.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop direct reports.
  • Familiarity working with SAP PM.
  • Continuous improvement skills and ability to navigate and confidently influence change across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
