
Lead Inventory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our inventory team as the Inventory Manager.
About the Position:
This crucial role oversees inventory management across multiple branches, supporting customer satisfaction, sales, service, and profitability. The Inventory Manager is accountable for managing all aspects of inventory within the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with corporate and branch teams to establish objectives and inventory plans.
- Work with stakeholders to plan and develop required inventory levels.
- Manage multi-store inventory and ensure inventory needs are met.
- Implement inventory control procedures and conduct daily analysis to solve inventory problems.
- Coordinate annual physical inventory and monitor performance relative to inventory management and expense control.
- Optimize inventory levels and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiency.
Employee Supervision:
- Supervise and lead a team of employees.
- Set employee performance goals, review performance, and document/deal with performance issues.
- Ensure employee training requirements are met, and coach and train employees in relevant practices and procedures.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have previous inventory experience, be service-driven, highly motivated, and possess a professional attitude. A strong customer service orientation and sound judgment when dealing with internal and external customers are essential.
- Three to five years' work experience in inventory management.
- Two or more years of direct supervisory experience.
- Proven ability to organize work, set priorities, and achieve work-related objectives and goals.
