Job Description">

Central Highlands Water seeks a proactive maintenance coordinator to lead the delivery of scheduled preventative civil maintenance and customer fault services across water and wastewater networks.

  • This role requires experience in leading and motivating effective maintenance teams, as well as managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage delivery of contracted works and possess demonstrated safety leadership and working knowledge of safety regulations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of scheduled preventative civil maintenance, monitoring, triaging, dispatch, and customer fault services.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in leading and motivating effective maintenance teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated safety leadership and working knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage delivery of contracted works.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A Victorian Drivers' Licence is required.

It is essential that you have a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
