The Night Residential Care Supervisor will provide oversight, guidance, and support to a team of staff to ensure high-quality, therapeutically focused care.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring overnight safety plans for young people are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing nightly operations of Residential Care homes
- Providing leadership and supervision to staff members
- Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for program components
- Coordinating administrative tasks and accountability measures
- Embedding a therapeutic framework by overseeing best practice implementation of individual case management plans
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, creative thinking, and a non-judgmental approach to life. A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
