Position Overview

Contract Role

This position involves collaborating on the enhancement of customer-facing documentation for our insurance services. The successful candidate will partner with our creative team to ensure all branding and content modifications are executed accurately.

  • Contribute to a project team to deliver updated materials within specified timelines.
  • Review and edit written content, including letters and regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with branding standards and clarity in communication.
  • Conduct post-implementation testing to verify that all updates have been accurately integrated.
  • Oversee documentation and materials to ensure compliance with branding guidelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain the document management system, ensuring proper version control and documentation of all communications.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the approval process, ensuring all communications align with business and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing customer communications or a related field.
  • A proactive individual capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Insurance sectors, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
