About the Opportunity

Bupa is committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to its customers. As a Community Value Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing customer and growth performance through opportunities outside of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with customers through mobile kiosks, expos, and corporate activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through migration agents and prospecting.
  • Build relationships with existing clients, maximize growth through informative presentations and onsite customer conversations, and referral networking.
  • Represent Bupa in corporate events, local area business, seminars, activation, community events, and multicultural activities.
  • Proactively manage relationships with key decision makers, including corporate account managers and migration agent and partnership managers.
  • Connect with local business communities by identifying and implementing local area opportunities and raising Bupa's profile.
  • Work collaboratively with retail teams to optimize customer experiences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team regarding opportunities to enhance customer and client experience and value.
  • Manage all administrative and reporting requirements associated with new accounts, complete agreements, and new membership paperwork.
About You
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and design value solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing innovative customer experience, growth, and retention opportunities and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of local corporate and migration markets.
  • Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of clients, with success in building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven strengths in local business account management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize own work effectively.
