About the Opportunity

Bupa is committed to ensuring everyone has access to health insurance products that can help them to live a longer, healthier and happier life. As a Community Value Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing Bupa's customer and growth performance through opportunities outside of the retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage with customers and grow business through mobile kiosks, expos, corporate activities, and other events.
  • Build relationships with migration agents, corporate account managers, and other key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and maximize growth.
  • Provide informative presentations and onsite customer conversations to maximize growth and referrals.
  • Represent Bupa at corporate events, seminars, and community events to raise the company's profile and build relationships with local business communities.
  • Work collaboratively with retail teams to optimize customer experiences and provide insights and recommendations to the regional leadership team.
  • Manage administrative and reporting requirements associated with new accounts, complete agreements, and new membership paperwork.
Requirements
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and design value solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in implementation of innovative customer experience, growth, and retention opportunities and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of local corporate and migration markets.
  • Excellent commercial and financial management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize own work effectively.
